wishes to purchase the above described Dog, as a companion, for the sum of $850.

The dog is being sold under the following warrantees and conditions:
• Breeder guarantees that the above Dog is a purebred Shiba Inu, registerable with the American Kennel Club (AKC). Registration application will be forwarded to Purchaser at a later date. The registration of this dog, with the American Kennel Club (AKC), must bear the kennel name of Breeder.
• Breeder guarantees that the Dog is in good health. The Dog may, for any reason, be returned to Breeder within three months of the time Purchaser takes possession of Dog and Breeder will refund to Purchaser the full amount of the purchase price paid to date, provided Purchaser has met the conditions set forth in this agreement.
• This dog is sold strictly as a companion, and is not to be used for breeding purposes. Purchaser agrees to have the Dog spayed or neutered around six months of age.
• Purchaser will enroll dog in a 6-8 week obedience class before the age of six months. A puppy socialization class is also highly recommended.
• Purchaser shall assume full responsibility for the mental and physical health of Dog. Purchaser further agrees to secure immunizations.
• Purchaser agrees to take proper safeguards for the care, safety and well being of the Dog sold herein, including, but not limited to proper shelter, adequate food and water and exercise.
• Purchaser agrees to have an identification Microchip inserted by a Veterinarian at six months of age.
• Should it become necessary for Purchaser to dispose of this Dog at any time, for any reason, it is agreed that the Breeder will be notified first.
• It is agreed that all expenses incurred for the care of the Dog are the responsibility of the Purchaser. If Purchaser defaults on above conditions, Dog will be returned to Breeder.
• It is stipulated by and between all parties to this agreement that failure to comply with the conditions set forth herein will result in the Dog being returned to Breeder.
